We are a Boat rental business with a boat owner that specified Bill's Marine to do the work. Was 20 days (aug 2- 21) from taking boat to them to pickup. Their employees were rude when we picked up the boat. I was told by one employee that when they were done it would be cleaned-up and ready for pickup. I arrived to pick it up the 21st august after their repairs were done, I asked if they would clean their mess of sand , leaves and the stains from the leaves from their working on it while on their property. (The boat was clean when dropped off at their shop) and they refused to clean up their mess! I would not recommend them to anyone- poor attitude towards customers requests!
