Went to store and received a quote for 4 kitchen appliances. Took 1 1/2 hours but when completed was happy with price. Went back the next day and after 1 1/2 hours was told they could not give me the lower price on quote. Told me they couldn't be sure the sales associate had even completed my quote since it was written in two different inks. SKU numbers and reference numbers were written in second colored ink so how would I have that information. I complained to corporate and after 3 days was told my second sales man added wrong and first quote was correct. I ordered appliances from another store but would like an apology from man who accused me of completing quote. A 30% to 40% off coupon with no experation date would be nice also.
