It would not let me leave 0 stars, which is what this place deserves! I brought my laptop to this place, next to the laundry mat in the hitchcocks plaza back in September for what I was told was a routine power jack replacement. I have called over 100 times and he will not call me back. I have stopped by about 10 times since I took it in and each time I find nobody there and notes on the door "back in an hour", "sick, back tomarrow" etc. I finally got fed up and went there at 10pm and beat on the door till the "Owner" opened the door for me. He made about 10 excuses and I told him to just give me my laptop which he did. Look people, I have since asked around and found out that this guy is actually "Don Johnson". Seriously, that is his name but he is no star. Apparently I was the only person in town that didn't know NOT to let him work on my laptop.

STEER CL:EAR if you ever want to see your computer again!

I took my computer in to have the screen replaced in November.



He avoided me, made excuses, told me about his problems which I had no care to hear and then ended up giving me my computer back, in pieces in a plastic bag.



Gave me the creeps and didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing.
