The men came out without really knowing what the job entailed. They got here I explained how I wanted my porch enclosed. They said they had never done one like I wanted. We discussed it I showed them why I wanted it just so and off to work they went. It went splendidly and looks so nice it even makes the porch look bigger. American Gutter employees are pros and cared about giving me their best AND THEY DID. When they were done everything was cleaned up and ready to enjoy. I highly recomment them.

On 6/20/15 we ordered a carport from American Gutter. On the day it was to be delivered no one called us and we could not get ahold of anyone with American Gutter. They where closed. After waiting all day the carport was finally delivered at 7PM. The men setting it up asked if they could come back the next day (Sunday) to set it up. So we agreed and they returned the next morning. These are workers who must work for the manufacture. They worked on the carport and ran out of the roofing material. Now over a week later no one has contacted us or returned to complete the job. Today (Monday) we called American Gutter and the lady who answered the phone was of no help and did not even bother to help us to find out when the carport will be completed. Her response was for us to contact the manufacture. That seems like continuing the poor customer service as well as extreme unprofessionalism.
