I found out too late that South Wind Pools are known for taking your money and then coming up with every excuse in the book not to do work. After nothing happening on my project for over two months, I started asking around and learned that they are known for not only being liars but also for poor workmanship. Avoid them and use any other Key West pool contractor.

My experience was frustrating, upsetting and these folks ruined many days over the past year trying to get them to show up and do a good job. They did a horrible job. After a year the pool still leaks and the waterfalls look like a child threw some rocks on the side of the pool. Please do not hire this company. They will lie to your face about when they will show up. They do not like dealing with women. Every single employee from the owner who is usually out of town to the plumber with the bad attitude is going to make you want to scream. I cannot go back a year and hire someone else but hopefully I can save someone else from the pain and aggravation of having to deal with these incompetent people.

Southwind did a terrific job installing our pool, we worked on a budget, and the final product was amazing. Southwind worked around home renovation that was being done at the time, so their ability to accommodate us was very helpful
