Provided by YP.comIm so thankful I found you. I have worked with another air-conditioning company for over a year. They installed a VERY EXPENSIVE central unit with 3 zones. The owner was nice enough, but the techs were clueless. No one there could find out why it wasn't working. After SEVERAL repair attempts with no fix, I decided to give Mr. Underwood a try. He couldn't have been better. Honestly, it took him 15 minutes to figure out the problem and come up with a solution. He explained the situation to me, and even gave me some additional tips on how to operate the unit for my particular situation. He really knows his stuff - a real problem solver. I recommend highly.
