anyone who says it is okay to use pain and force when teaching your dog is someone to avoid. Please look into a more humane and positive way to teach your dog.
Bill has no creativity. He relies on force instead of intelligence and compassion. He is also less than honest. Please visit the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and find someone who is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer. Or at least someone who uses methods which teach instead of using fear and pain. Don't ruin your relationship with your dog. Use caution !
