Dirty. Change machine and vending broken, and clearly have been for a long time. Broken and leaking equipment. Costs anywhere from 2.25 to 4.25 to wash a load. One of my loads will still soapy after rinsing (probably because it leaked). Not sure how they can claim "where you dry for free" when I couldn't get any of them to start without a quarter ( for 15 min.) 2 of my 3 dryers would not let you raise the temp above low - more broken stuff! All in all it cost me almost $20 to do 2 loads of laundry while my washer was being fixed. Feel sorry for anyone that has this as their only option.
