Horrible Customer service. Horrible. First time i went in, i was looking to buy a vacuum. I asked one of the sales rep for a recommendation. He said he would get someone to help me. 5 minutes later, i hear on the intercom to send someone to the vacuum section to help me. 20 min later, still no one showed up. i ended up looking up reviews online and picking one up myself. wasted 30 min waiting for no one and for nothing.

i thought maybe it was just a one time thing. nope! second time i went in, i was looking to see if they had Windows 7 OS. i asked a sales rep who was wandering the electronics section. he said he would help me look for it, and left for 5 mins. i find him 10 mins later dragging a tv and with a customer....wth....what about me? i asked him again and he said he would check for me.....he was just trying to get a sale on the tv. so i just left.....

not enough? well i called them to see if they have printing paper. the rep said she'll get someone to help me. i've been on hold for over 30 min before they even got someone to help me. the again, i am on hold for another 20 min before they let me know they do have it............

I was the first one to shop on the after Xmas sales and their was employees all around me working and I was super impressed how no one complained about being at work they were all so focus trying to get everything on the shelf for the customers. All around me I could hear, "are u ok, are u almost done, I'll find more space"... Just awesome team work and smiles I got nothing but the best help and that's why I keep coming back :-) keep it up!!
