Provided by YP.comThe sales person Ryan was wonderful. He was full of information without pressuring us into anything. I was very comfortable with him in our home. The installer Jerry was wonderful as well. He took pride in his work and it showed. He was very patient with my young daughter who asked a ton of questions about carpet installation. They were both very professional. I plan on using Empire again when I get carpet for my basement!
