I tried getting this guy out to place a couple times and both experiences were terrible.



Today, I called them and told them that I had a pipe that needs to be repaired. They said they could do it and that Mr. Manns was right outside. She said she'd give him the info and then he'd call right back. I waited awhile and when I did receive a call from them, I picked up on the second ring and they had either hung up or we got disconnected. I called right back several times only to get a busy signal. When I was able to get through after a couple tries I was greeted by a messaging machine. I left a message and have not received a call back yet. I've tried calling several times since only to get an answering machine. This is essentially the same result I got from them last fall when I needed to have a blower motor replaced in my furnace. I ended up doing it myself.
