Provided by YPmobileThis Jacks has been updated, but there is no indoor service at all. There is a canopy over the seating/ordering area but that's the extent of weather protection. For that reason, we never go there anymore

Provided by YP.comI don't know how it can possibly take almost 20 minutes to get 1 jumbojack meal, especially when I was the only customer in the place. 8 employees and they were all standing around while 1 person is working the drivethru and lobby and 1 person on the grill. What a joke.
