I have drapey skin on my neck that bothers me. So I went in and asked if they had anything that would help me and I was recomended the Galvonic? It was a little odd feeling but my aesthetician explained what was going on and why. What I liked about it most the staff made me feel relaxed, I was nervous about the snooty factor some spas have. Don't judge a book by it's cover stuff I work not so glamourous field, but when I am off work and out of the work clothes I like to look my best. Best part by far was my husband said "you looked so beautiful last night". That is why I am now a dedicated Elle lady. A little hard to get into sometimes but the wait is worth it!!!

When I go to a "Day Spa" I expect to relax and enjoy the experience. Instead I recieved high pressure sales for products I was not at all interested in, combined with poor services. Bad salon!
