Who ever takes orders on the phone for this place doesn't know how to talk to customers. I was ordering from here for the first time but the guy was so rude. I'm never ordering from any of their joints.

The food was great! And the service was really good. They treat you real nice. I love pizza and Can-Am fulfilled my expectations. I will go there again!

pizza are gr8 but customer service sucks...person taking order doesn't explain the available pizza....seems like a robot no programmed to inform available sizes

Oops sorry - NO PIZZA FOR YOU!!!



I called Can-Am and asked if there was any way that they may be able to make a special pizza that adheres to my dietary needs - no crust/dough (bread) at all - and instead of asking for further information, the person i spoke to was very rude and told me no (she automatically assumed that i wanted her to send cheese on the conveyor belt through her ovens to ruin them and was VERY unfriendly and decided not to ask me anything about it).



SO, I called back, the same lady answered, and I asked for the manager. She put me on hold, then picked up the phone again and said that she was the manager. Happy! I tried to explain what I was asking for, and I told her that in the past I had ordered pizza like this and she interrupted me said:



"...this company is family owned and has has been owned by the same family since it opened eleven years ago, and I have worked there for all eleven years, and I am a part of this family and I have had only ONE DAY OFF since it opened, and that in all that time no one has ever ordered anything like that ever."



Now, my family has ordered from them since they opened - eleven years, apparently - off and on. Certain dietary restrictions now make it so that i can't have bread or bread products. It's meat and cheese, people - meat and cheese, baked in a tin in the ovens till golden and bubbly, and I can have that. So thanks bunches, Can-Am, for your thoughtful and polite handling of my weird request. I'd have taken a simple and polite "Sorry, but no we can't" and still ordered from them for my kids.



Oh, and give that wonderful representative of your family and your company another day off- sounds like she needs another if she's taking it out on your customers.
