Todd was very honest and told me that I had 6,000 miles left on my brake pads. I really appreciate that fact that they did not try to take advantage of me and my lack of car knowledge!

This is the only place my husband and I will take our cars for service. After years of feeling like I can't trust mechanics I've finally found a place that trust. I live in Seattle and work in Issaquah and still prefer to drive all the way down to Kent when my car needs work. I've even had my car towed towed from Issaquah to Kent because I prefer to go somewhere I can rely on. I've also recommended friends to try the shop out and they're now customers for life. The guys that work there are great and I never get that 'slimy car salesman' feel when we discuss options for my car, they give it to me straight. Also, the prices are very reasonable.

I had a much needed alignment done on my truck this summer. The service was exceptional: timely, efficient, and professional. All for a fair price. Since I commute on a weekly basis, I have many opportunities to test the results. I appreciate the smooth ride and the improved wear on my tires. I will use thier services again.

I've been going to this shop for six years, mostly for brakes, alignments and tires. Mike and Todd are always very helpful and prices are low compared to other shops. They will tell me how many miles I have left on my brakes and tires to I can maximize use - and spend less over the life of my car. I trust them - and as a woman, that is hard to find when dealing with car repairs.

Had them install bushings and ball joints (Energy Suspension and NAPA). My car now squeaks and creaks constantly. I even saw my brake caliper hanging from it's brake line (mid repair), and the lower control arm hanging from the sway bar end link, both big no-no's. I've done the exact same job myself on six different cars beginning at age 13. Even then it took me half the time and I never had a car creak on me after I was done. I'm now going to have to take it apart and fix it myself. Super. They did a decent job on the alignment and steering box adjustment. Still, I'd go somewhere else, because the price isn't right if you have to do the job over.

I purchased a new set of tires, an alignment, and had a Pitman Arm installed that I purchased elsewhere. The service was fast, friendly and fairly priced. Just wish they were open later or longer. I highly recommend this shop!
