Do NOT do business with these people. Avoid at all costs! They lie through their teeth to get you to sign a lease, and then stop caring immediately. The property and apartments are filthy and uninhabitable. There is trash everywhere and they don’t clean the apartments between tenants. They rushed to build the property so it was made really poorly. The appliances are cheap and defective. Maintenance will come around constantly without telling you in advance so you just have them barging in. There are obnoxiously loud drunk people everywhere, and security does nothing. There was vandalism on multiple occasions and security saw it, but didn’t stop it. You have to call the police just to handle simple problems. Management doesn’t care at all. And the parent company American Campus Communities does nothing either. They don’t even return phone calls and they do nothing to fix anything. The employees are college students and have no idea what they’re doing. They will literally screw up simple business operations. They’re rude and treat you like you’re stupid. They claim to be pet-free but there are barking dogs everywhere and they do nothing. They have so many tenants trying to sublet that they can’t even get them all done. Just look at their Facebook page; all of their posts are people trying to sublet. You’d be better off living in your car than here! Even a more expensive apartment is worth it because this place is so bad.
