I decide to give this place a try for the first time. My experience was completely disappointing. First, when you walk in, there is an overpowering smell. I received a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was ok but my manicure was awful. The nail person seemed to be in a hurry, my nails were not even completely covered with the polish, filed them crooked and they chipped the next day. The floors were dirty inside which gave off a red flag. Even saw clipped nails on the ground (real nails). You get what you pay for. I will not be returning, not even for the cheap prices.

Nice place. Good customer service. Pedicure is awesome. I rate this place five stars, four is for their cleanliness (i don't care so much about nails). So impressed how they clean their stations after each customer. Will be back and absolutely recommend this place to friends.

The 1 star is too much for this place.,it should be zero stars! This place is not sterile and I found out the people who work there are NOT licensed!!!! Buyer beware!! They are the most rude people I have ever dealt with, after they cut you the guy actually blames you for moving! Avoid at all cost

Absolutely amazing. It's a gorgeous and relaxing spa environment with inexpensive prices. The cash discount is the best idea I've ever heard of. Wonderful service, very friendly. I'm going back for sure, this place is the best!

This is the best Nails Salon to go to. They respect appointment and very taking their time to care for you. Clean, quiet, relax, friendly and professional. The job was done right to me. (but depend on how picky you are, Try them out...

Do not go there. I will not mention names, but the guy that I had do my full acrylic set did an extremely poor job. My nails look as if they are dry and rough (literally around the edges). They are uneven, and I will NOT return to Utopia. Very nice salon, but definitely NOT quality work :( extremely disappointed.

There pedicures are amazing they take there time and its much appreciated. Plus the rates are reasonable not too much more for top notch quailty.

This is a professional salon with very friendly and knowledgeable employees. They really do care about you. Some salons only want to get you out as quick as possible and don't take their time or use unsafe shortcuts. This is my go to salon. I am so glad they are in the same town I stay in. I've been to upper scale salons and did not like the service I received at all.. I believe my age and different background was to "blame". I cannot stress how much I enjoy coming to this salon. One note to all females going to any salon for any service, if you don't make an appointment and just show up, don't have an attitude, until you see drive-thru salons, be respectful, there's more people than just you that go to salons and the majority do still believe in appointments.
