EVERY TIME I go to this Taco Bell they mess up my order. EVERY TIME!!!! Today was the last straw. So Taco Bell Corporate, or this location's manager hear me out...I am tired of calling you to complain and hearing your lame excuses of why you can't perform as well as the other locations in this area. I am tired of disappointed looks on my children's faces when you forget their meal. I am tired of cold food. I am tired of you forgetting the cheese to my nachos. I am tired of you skimping on the chicken in my quesadilla. I am tired of you putting tomatoes on when I ask you not to. All the other Taco Bells I have ever been to are superior to this one on Green Bay Road in Kenosha. This is not rocket science. It is making a taco to certain specifications and making sure it lands in my bag!! Why, at this location, does this seem like I am asking for something impossible? You will not get one more dime from me. You are the closest location, but I will drive the extra 7 minutes to the one on 52nd Street, where they are polite and they NEVER screw up my order.
