The took 3.5 hrs to take summer tires on the rim and replace with winter tires. Kenosha tire did it in 30. Not to mention this happened during the entire packer game. Worse shop I've ever been too and this isn't the first problem. If you smart you will go anywhere else cause this place just sucks!

My family has always been sears customers. Tools, tractors, tires, electronics, you name it. So when i noticed that my parents blazer had very irregularly worn tires on the front i told them to go to sears and get some new tires and an alignment done, so they did. Great, new tires...until I noticed THEY PUT THE WRONG SIZE TIRES ON THE CAR. Then I looked at the receipt and it said the alignment was checked and within factory spec. I called to question this and the guy assured me they checked it and everything was fine even though the old tires were worn so unevenly. Ok... this "technician" must know what hes talking about, right? Well within 5000 miles the brand new tires were worn completely bald on the outsides exactly like the ones they replaced. My mom purchased all their "warranties" so when she went back to get these tires replaced the guy told her they didn't have them in stock, but would get them from another store. Cool... until a month went by and they hadn't called back, so when she called back wondering where the tires were, they informed her that they weren't going to replace them because when she had the tires put on, they called and informed her that there was worn out suspension parts. Really??? Not according to the invoice, and i wonder how they called her seeing as she waited there to have the tires put on...and doesn't have a cell phone. Hmmm. And when she called customer service to file a complaint, they basically told her to get bent, because they stand behind their employees. Do yourselves a HUGE favor and don't subject yourselves to having to deal with these INCOMPETENT LIARS. Congratulations sears, you have lost thousands upon thousands of dollars in money NOT spent at your store...over a 260 dollar pair of tires. Have a wonderful day larry and mark.
