Do NOT take your dogs to Puppy Tub in Kenosha on 52nd!!!! They have a beep thing on their door it didnt work this morning so I stood there to wait until the owner seen me....Well I witnessed him grab the poor dog he was clipping by the back of the neck VERY forcefully and slam it down on the table!!!! He turned and looked at me and i left crying and will never go back!!! The dog was standing there did nothing wrong!!!

This guy does not know how to run a business and is completely un-professional and rude. He has no idea what he is doing and just seems like he is scamming people for money. My mom took my dog there ounce and he said it would be $40 but when she went to go pick her up it was suddenly another $30 and my dog is just a puppy small and not a lot of hair at all. I called and he was completely un-professional, I would advise everyone not to go here.

They are okay but my biggest complaint is the fact that I am charged different amounts every time I walk in there! A business should have a set price and not just how much money they want to pocket for the day! Also they are sometimes rough with my animal.

We took our Schnauzer to several places before finding the Puppy Tub. Our dog is a big baby and does not like his ears cut. The Puppy Tub is the only place that can cut him good. I highly recommend the Puppy Tub.

I took my 2 cats to get flea treatments dropped them off at 9 am got a call at 11:45 they hadn't done anything to them. He said 1 of them bit him so I had to help him was both of them help dry them & try to hold them well he trimmed them. I will not be going back they do not know anything about cats would give them 0 stars if I could

I've been going there for years, while it was under old ownership. Under the new ownership, I brought my dog home with cuts and burns. When I went back for an explanation, all the "new owner" said was "what do you want me to do about it". I didn't even get an apology. That hurt me because she is my baby and isn't it all about trust?

We have been taking our dogs there for years for grooming and nail clipping. They have always been glad to see the dogs and have always taken great care of them. In regard to the lady that left a one star review, I would like to know if she gave Benny or someone else there specific instructions on how she wanted her dog groomed.

There just AWESOME !!! My lil guy comes out looking super handsome.

Puppy Tub was recommended to me by a neighbor and since it was close to my home I thought I'd give them a try. My dog is a schnauzer poodle mix and she had an appointment at 10:30 am on a Saturday. When I dropped her off people were complimenting on how beautiful she was, but when I picked her up at almost 2:00 (because they never called ) and was still shaving her when I arrived. I was HORRIFIED! Benny was the groomer, he had pretty much skinned her! even her little tail. I couldn't believe it and then he charged $47. I will never use Puppy Tub again and I will tell everyone I know about this heart wrenching experience.

I was looking for a new groomer in Kenosha because Petsmart groomers were just not that into us. I took a chance on this place, and was pleasantly surprised. The groomers genuinely cared about our babies. We have a Schnoodle, Shorkie, and a little Morkie that came out looking great! Got exactly what we asked for with the haircuts, and the 3 of them still smell great after a week. Happy to have found a new and much better place!

I've taken our bichon here 3 times so far and I've always left very pleased. They clean up his face so nice- I can tell that they take real care in the work that they do. They even use the products that I love because they're top of the line and smell so good. Our little boy always smells so good when he comes home. I used to go to Petsmart and this other place in Racine, but I'm most pleased with Puppy Tub & Motel. They're the best!

I've been taking my little dog to the Puppy Tub almost three years-every eight weeks. Callie Ann (puppy) absolutely loves Benny her groomer!!!! She prances in like it's her second home,so you know she's being treated like she's part of their family. I would highly recommend anyone to put their pets in the care of the Puppy Tub. Callie and I have nothing to report that would be negative-we really like and trust everyone at the Puppy Tub.
