Northside was started by Ray Neal, a master ASE, master certified Toyota technician in early 2011.  He has worked in several dealerships, and after seeing so many unhappy customers, decided to break away from the world of dealerships and venture on his own, in hopes of changing the way that customers view the automotive repair industry.
