This is the best apartment I have ever had. The area is clean and quiet and the landlords are the best. If there is a problem in the apartment the landlords are there either the same day or the next day. I have never had a problem with bugs or other appalling creatures. John and Cathy are some of the most understanding kind people I've meet and that makes living here that much better..

At first it was okay living there until you notice there's always tons of bugs in the apartment especially in the bathroom. I was told my rent was going to be more because I was getting new carpet. ...never happened. Then the half bath the toilets never fully flushed since I lived here that bathroom always gets a nasty odor, Call management about the toilet not flushing u pay plumbing fees! Please this ain't no condo pay their lazy as*es to do thier job....Oh and not to mention the washer and dryer the whole building shares never works one or the other is always broke its such an inconvenience. ...The outside of the building is never cleaned watch out for gigantic spider and insects always hanging in the huge webs on the dirty nasty entrances of the building. ..... pretty much like staying in the ghetto here....
