Well they were able to complete an oil change. However, they couldn't complete front and rear differential service on my subaru legacy because they didn't have the oil. FAIL...Prices too high and it appears most that work here don't have the knowledge to do a simple task.

Took my 2008 Saab 97x Aero there...was told that they don't carry the oil filter for my vehicle...went to Super Lube on 52nd and was told the oil filter is the most common filter made by GM. Employee told me that Jiffy Lube probably did not want to change the oil on my vehicle because it's a little more difficult on my vehicle because you have to remove a skid plate...laziness!

The person who greeted me was very friendly & courteous. I hadn't been to Jiffy Lube in a while, and I decided to try them because I had a coupon. The time I went they weren't busy, so it was pretty quick. As usual, they recommended things besides the oil change, such as cabin air filter, engine air filter, coolant flush, and transmission flush. These suggestions may be truly needed, but I tend to not sign up for additional services without a little research and time. So, I declined. I did not like the condescending and meant-to-cause-shame of a "Wow" that the employee gave me. There was sighing and more comments like, "you really don't do regular maintenance on your vehicle, do you?" I prefer working with places that inform me of potential issues instead of pressuring me and giving me a huffy attitude when I decline to immediately have work done. I will have any other services done elsewhere. Otherwise, I'm guessing the oil change is fine.
