Just wanted to say that the service I received from Chris and his staff was exceptional. I brought in what I thought was a complicated problem involving by Ski rack box with a broken key in the lock. It was more difficult to handle than they thought but but it was handled swiftly. The biggest surprise was the amount charged. It was more that fair for all their efforts. It is great to see there are business owners that truly take the time to assist their customers with sincerity. Highly recommend their services.

I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Friendly service, prices were better than all that I checked and very fast service. If you want good old fashioned service with a smile this is the place to go. I lost my set of keys off my keychain including my car key and had no spare. Within 15 mins of arriving I had a working key. I went back after getting my car and bought 3 more which all work. Businesses that genuinely care about their customers are so few and far between its wonderful when you find one, you don't forget it and you keep going back. You can tell they love what they do.

I was in yesterday and Chris did a great job. I wish I would have gone to Hoernel's first before I tried A&B locksmith on 22nd in Kenosha cause all I found at A&B was a prick locksmith. Hoernel's has all my business from now on along with all my friends..... Keep up the good work....
