The man i spoke to treated me like i was poor or something. I brought in a sample shirt done somewhere else and asked him how much it would cost to replicate... He looked at me smugg and sayed, ALOT.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE(SPEAKING SARCASTICALLY). He acted like i was there to waste his time. Wouldnt even give me a numerical value just,ALOT. I was there to support a locall small business as i am one also but, i work hard for my money and WILL NOT spend my hard earned cash with someone who treats patrons like that. Just because i walked in wearing sweatpants doesnt mean there isnt money in my pockets. I just so happend to have taken the day off and dressed casual. But its ok. He can keep dipping into savings to support his business because i will not patronize there. One hour tees in chicago took great care of me and treated me like a person (with sweatpants on) and a client. I hate to see small businesses fail but if he doesnt tune his attitude soon ernie's will be a thing of the past.
