When I was involved in an auto accident in September, I immediately knew I was going to use Armando's Collision Center. I have family members who have used them several times before and were extremely happy with their repairs. Needless to say, I was very distraught, not only due to the accident but the fact I just purchased my brand new car the evening before. Tom was always my contact from day 1. He is very friendly, understanding (remember- distraught) and always kept me in the loop. With COVID and the delays from the auto manufacturer, my repairs took over 4 months. The entire time, Tom would call me regularly to keep me informed of ETAs on each part. He would even contact me to let me know if there wasn’t an ETA just so I knew he was still working on getting the parts in. He helped calm me down and answered my MANY questions along the way- always patient and friendly. He worked directly with the insurance company and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The day I finally was able to pick up my car, I couldn’t even tell it was in an accident. It was gorgeous! They take amazing care of the vehicles and pride in their work. Anyone that I had contact with at Armando’s from day 1 was extremely nice, friendly and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend Armando’s for any/all of your accident/body repair needs!

They charged 40% over estimate. They also botched the paint color and than painted the rear panel and driver door to blend in the botched color. Hired to repair dent on only the rear drivers side door on newer charcoal gray car with 6k miles. Drivers side now looks silver gray. It should be a charcoal gray. They only needed to paint the rear door. Owner also admitted to BBB he used a cheaper paint instead of the manufacturer paint and they didn’t know how to mix the exact color. It now has to go to a professional to be completely repainted.

We brought our car in for interior detailing. When we received our car back the next day, our leather seat had a 1 1/2 inch clean cut on the passenger side. When we talked to the manager and owner, we were told it was there when we brought in the car, which was not true. They also told us that sometimes when they clean the leather, tears that weren't apparent, because of dirt, before become apparent. The other thing they said was after they noticed the tear on the seat, they started walking around the car and noticed dings and dents on the exterior, implying it wasn't worth it to them to do anything about their mistake. If they would have at least admitted their mistake, it would have made all the difference to us. We were very disappointed and do not plan to go back. We have also shared our experience with many of our friends.

Armando's fixed my truck.. they did a wonderful job and were so friendly!! They even gave me a free rental while my truck was down. I will be using them again!
