Deb Dassion is highly qualified in permanent make-up. She has many certificates and hastaken classes t keep up on the new equipment. I have had her do my eye liner, my eye brows and today my lips. For the first time I have lips that people can see. AMAZING! Deb's work is exactly what a working busy woman needs. Go see her. Skin care is also something Deb Dassion is awsome!
