I bought my car from here. Paid 14,000.00 Cash, the car had no spare tire. So they said they would order it and it would be here in 3 days. I don’t hear anything from them, I call and they tell me it’s in on day 4 (Friday) I go there to pick it up, and it wasn’t in. So I’m told it will be here on Monday, no one calls, I call on Tuesday and had talked to a guy in service department, I’m told he will find out about it and track it and call me right back. I didn’t get a call, so Wednesday is here, I haven’t heard anything from them, left 7 messages, 2 were for the manager, and still no answer. I was going to go back and purchase a Jeep on there lot with CASH, well I sure the hell do NOT PLAN ON BUYING FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM EITHER. IF YOU BUY FROM THERE, make sure you look that car over, take a mechanic with you, make sure you have a spare tire. This is the worst experience I have ever had, and I have paid cash for 3 other cars and never went through so much BS like I have with this company.

I can whole heartedly recommend this dealership. They have great inventory. It makes it easy to figure out what you want. Hop in and out and figure out what options you like.

We were mislead from the beginning about our trade in value. We were under the understanding that they would pay off the loan on our trade in but they regreted to inform us that they would tack on our previous loan to our new car loan. When we discussed the total he didn't mention that would happen at all or else we wouldn't have signed. We got screwed over! I do not recommend buying here.

Sold a car to my daughter, she bought the extended warranty. Two days later transmission goes out. Excalibur decided to replace it so not to defraud the extended warranty. They kept it over three weeks and when she picked it up half her gas was gone they refused to make it right. Very deceptive business practice, rude staff. Reception is owners wife acts uniformed doesn't have any answers, rude. Do not buy here you will be sorry.

Ryan is one of the most honest salesman that I ever met. He listened to me and didn't push me into something that I didn't want. I ended up getting a beautiful Mercedes (a car I didn't even know I could afford) for an incredible price. The manager, Jerad, was reasonable and fair. They offered to fix the things that I didn't like about the car. They made sure that the oil was changed and the car was well maintained. If you go to Excalibur, you are bound to get a fair price and quality service. Ask for Ryan if he is there! :)

Just bought my second car from Excalibur. Just like the first time they the salesman Mike and the owner Eric went out of their way to get me the Acura I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. The shocking part was Dan the finance manager quoted me a 3.99% rate but when I went in to buy my Acura Eric came out and thanked me for returning for another car he said he had called the bank and got me 1.99% WOW that is how you take care of your customers!! I cant say enough nice things about Excalibur I have and will continue to tell everyone to get their next car from them. Again thank you for OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

I purchased my car there and I love it! When there was an issue with it yesterday I took it to them and they even got me into a loaner so I can still go on with my life as they trouble shoot and fix the issue with my car. They even got me a better interest rate than my own bank. Next car is also coming from there!

Everything was simple easy and I drove off right then and there for a reasonable price. I love my ford fusion although it doesn't have microsoft sync like its supposed to. I think I can live with out it for a bit.other than that im a satisfied first buyer!.

No ethics, total frauds! The check engine and ABS lights came on just after signing the paper work - before I even left the lot with my 'new' car. The staff and owner assured me they would fix all the safety problems, but weeks later they are clearly empty promises. Now I'm left with major repair costs to a car they assured me was in "great condition, with no problems". Within 24 hours the windows, speedometer, odometer, ABS, and traction control all failed. I would have been better off keeping the car I had! While a used car is sold 'as is' - I don't want to be lied to and have problems concealed by a business with no ethics or customer service.

I have bought two autos from Excalibur. Both times the owner Eric has went out of his way to get me the best deal and interest rates. The first car I bought I needed a little part for my new mustang I talked with rob the service manager he order the part for me when I went to pay he said its on us enjoy your new car. Outstanding customer service!!! I would and do recommend Excalibur to every one I know.

We are an auto brokerage company that deals with clients all over the country. One of our clients was looking for a very specific car which we found at Excalibur Motors at Kennewick, WA. We asked the normal questions necessary to determine the condition and value of the car from outside of our market area. We were told the car was in perfect shape, they had the title in hand. The money was wired right away(2/19/2013) and the title was to be returned to us the next day. After numerous phone calls and e-mails none of which were returned, we finally received the title at the end of March 2013 and the car came in with $2000 worth of damage. After another round of emails and phone calls about the damage on the vehicle, again there has been no reply. This is not how a reputable company operates
