We took my puppy in to get a simple hair cut. The lady was so incredibly rude, she didn't ask if my dog had ever been to a groomer before or even ask how old she was. My dog was there for over an hour when he lady called us and said she couldn't do anything to my puppy except wash her. And then she put her in the hair drying box, which my puppy is way to small to be put in there! even I know that. When we went to pick her up, the woman carried my scared puppy out to us like she was a sack of potatoes, and we got charged for the whole service, my dog didn't even get a trim in any way. This experience was so ridiculous and we will NEVER go back there again. My puppy left there terrified. I am very surprised that this place has so many good reviews and so little bad ones!

Been by far the best grooming salon I've been to, they did a great job on snoopy! will be back!

We have been using club k-9 since they opened there doors. Straff is friendly and truly loves there customers human and furry :-) . we take our 10 year old main coon kitty to get washed and shaved and this is the only place where he does not freak out. We just recently got a puupy and there will be his new spa as well :-) if you want the best for your pets head over to club k-9

We've been using Club K-9 since we got our English Springer and always got first rate experience. They remember my dog's name and always try to schedule us with the same groomer so I don't have to give instructions every time I go in. As a first time dog owner I appreciate that they always take the time to educate me about our higher maintenance dog breed and how to avoid problems like regional weeds and ear care. I also like their super nice facility and optimal location.

Beware!! My dog went in for a simple grooming and ended up with severe wounds on his back that cost a trip to the vet and $250. The company would not stand behind their products or services at all. I would not recommend this company!
