I wanted to support a local business and hopefully pay less by avoiding the big chain Geek Squad. I was so disappointed with my entire experience and I'm sitting here with a computer that has none of our pictures or documents. The communication was awful, they weren't very prompt, and pretty much they went back on everything they told me. I left unhappy and they have texted me to make it right but to be honest, there's nothing they can do now to change my opinion. To be fair, the laptop works and they were able to mostly fix the issue I took it in for. If their service had been the same level of "adequate" I probably wouldn't have bothered to leave them reviews but the service was some of the worst I've experienced and I think you should consider that before taking your computer in.
