These guys are A-MA-ZING! Have been a customer for years and have always had great customer service, and had them go beyond what they need to to help you out. Have had a few times where it has taken a minute for them to get to the front, but with a small family oriented staff they have a lot in their plates. I appreciate the fact that they are so knowledgeable and willing to explain things. Like why things are priced the way they are the process that goes into foxing your phone and the time it could take. They are always up to answer questions and help you as much as possible. The shop has a very family like and family friendly atmosphere.

Tl:Dr great service all around! Before you judge just go in the store and talk to Joe. You will be pleasantly surprised!

Rudest people I have ever met. Absolutely zero customer service. They don't even buy the phones they say they do just an all around terrible place I suggest everyone listen to these reviews cuz it is the truth.

WARNING....DO NOT USE THIS PLACE NEVER. I took my phone there. when they gave it back to me did not work anymore. I ask the guy for my money back. I was right there showed it to the guy and he said that i did something wrong to it in front of his eyes. I asked him to give me a receipt and to write down what he had fix. he started yelling at me and threatening to call the police. later my wife called to asked him what kind of work he did on my cell he told her that I was a liar and maybe cheating on her.What kind of people is this. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. NEVER. THEY JUST SWITCH CELLPHONES, THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT DON'T HAVE CHARGES SO YOU WILL NOT ACTUALLY SEE YOUR PHONE WORKING . JUST A BUNCH OF LIES TO GET YOU MONEY. NO RECEIPTS. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD NEVER GO HERE.

I felt a little nervous going in, due to all the negative reviews; but I decided to try them any way. I'm soooo glad that we did! We took our iPhone 3GS to have the ear phone jack repaired. They said it would take 30 minutes and cost $45. We came back in 30 minutes, and it was working, and it cost what they quoted. They are friendly and so helpful. Disregard the negative reviews! I admire those young men for starting a business that will only grow!!!

Do not use this business for any of your cell phone needs. I took my iPhone 3GS into this business because I wanted to have it unlocked so I could use it when I relocated to Santiago, Chile. The gentleman told me that this was an easy process and that he could do it but would need 3 days to complete it. So I had my wife take the phone into the business expecting to have it back in 3 days, which turned into two weeks. She went in numerous times and was unable to pick up the phone because it wasn't completed. Yesterday January 30, 2012 she went in and picked up the phone paid the man. Tried to turn it on and it wouldn't turn on. She figured the battery was dead and went home and put it on the charger and it still didn't work. So she removed the Otter Box cover that I had purchased at the same time I got the phone from AT&T and discovered that the phone had dings and scratches all over the phone. This phone never had the cover off besides to clean the Otter Box screen. The phone had no scratches on it or dings when brought to the business. I believe that the phone was switched and he collected the money and was going to sell my iPhone that was in perfect condition. She is going back over there today to see if she can get the original phone. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

IPHONE 4S LIVES AGAIN! It would not power on nor show any display.

"I received customer service that was not expected from an outside sales co., Cellular 911 far exceeded my needs, when my provider, At&t, said that my warranty was void due to water damage and tried to sell me a phone.

The story

I researched a local co. called cellular 911 after basically being booted out of At&t. I visited their office and waited under an hour to find all my information still in my phone. 100% working, and me forking some cash over happily. They were friendly and did not try to over sell me like At&t."



Second what I also know is who ever takes the time to leave positive feedback when a person or a buisness helps you anymore. It seems our lives are so disconnected by modern technology that we forget our manners and attack people before chances to get things right.



In closing I personally hope this buisness grows. They seem to have a good thing going. I will be back and hope to see them again on my own terms not with a broken phone. They were a joy.
