Nancy was fantastic from start to finish and had the patience of a saint. We went through multiple revisions and several different budgets before we settled on a final design. She was informative and made recommendations based on what was best for us. You are in good hands if you go with her!!

Nancy did a really great job for us designing a 1000 bottle cellar for our new home in Louisiana. Her expertise also resulted in us selecting the appropriate cooling unit; a sales person for a vendor for another unit had mistakenly advised us that the other unit would work in our outside venting situation, but Nancy explained why it would not, and assisted us in finding the unit that would work in our situation.

Wine Cellar specialists were very helpful to design and deliver my cellar racks. The racks are high quality and look really good. Nancy was very knowledgeable and handled the transactions in a professional and courteous manner. She also suggested designs and idea to answer my requirements.
