I have had my taxes done by Richard for 4 years now. There is nothing special about what they do but I believe in loyalty therefore I've remained; that was at least until today. I would also give them a zero if I could but, you thats not is not an option.
I am a Realtor and of the 4 years I have been doing my taxes with Tri-State Taxes, I have never been late to an appointment nor rescheduled. I normally bring my mother taxes with me and pay 2 separate fees; I 1099 so a little more than normal. However, yesterday I had to reschedule due to a unexpected plans (45 min advance notice); I rescheduled for the next day.
Again I was running late today (15 min behind). I arrive and was told Richard (CPA) was already with his next clients. Okay, I thought that was odd but no problem, I was late. Instead of rescheduling me again, the receptionist gives me another company's card and tells me that I need to call them to do my taxes going forward. Really!!why??
Because I've rescheduled too many times and Richard doesn't like that. "I'VE ONLY RESCHEDULED ONCE". Wow!
There loyalty is not with you! I do not recommend you go here

Terrible customer service. Unwilling to take 5 minutes to talk through your situation before using their services. Go somewhere more up to date with nicer people. Total disappointment!
