They are very disorganized with signing up for classes. It took almost 2 hours to sign up for classes! They have a confusing code system for their classes that even confuses the employees! Then, when the classes were over, the teacher said they'd send me an email when the art was ready to pick up...but never did. They called when my daughter wouldn't eat lunch, but not to pick up her finished artwork. I had to contact them a month later to get the artwork. It was a very confusing, disappointing experience and we won't go back.
