Cannot express enough how nice & accommodating the owner is. I needed a purse strap adjustment which she did right there on the spot. Will definitely recommend to others & be a repeat costumer.

You could not find a more accommodating businesswoman. I was from out of town & chose this business due to its ratings. I was not disappointed. Although my repair could not be done that day,She offered to have the shoes repaired the next day and mail them to me. Businesses could learn from the character of this woman

I needed 3 patches sewed on with short notice on Sunday the day they are closed. Wow the owner came in and did this all while I waited. Now that is customer service and very friendly. I will refer all my friends and be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you so much! Steve
