I had the worst retail experience of my life, trying to buy patio furniture; a couch and two matching swivel chairs from Rooms To Go Patio in Kennesaw, GA. I will NEVER shop there again. I recommend you NOT shop there either.

I bought a 3 piece patio set in April 2021, I paid for it in full of $3600. It was delivered by 2 wonderful delivery men on July 23, but the furniture had NO CUSHIONS. I was told (after spending hours on the phone, countless times) with my sales person, customer service reps, and the area manager to finally find out the cushions would not arrive until middle of November- maybe. I requested temporary cushions that I could use until my proper cushions arrived in November. I was promised RTG could do that and I told them I needed those by the time our guests arrived, after more countless calls I found out the temporary cushions are not coming til the end of July- maybe. My guests would be gone.

More phone calls to my sales rep who was sooo rude to me, I finally told her to have RTG come pick up this furniture- I no longer wanted to do business with them. Then it took another 2 weeks before my money was returned.
I have had complete frustration and dissatisfaction and disrespect with every employee, along with hours of wasted time in dealing with Rooms To Go Patio. They are nothing short of a nightmare.
