I took a brand new suit jacket to get it dry cleaned for the first time, and they gave it back to me and charged me for it. It wasn't until a few days later that they had completely ruined the buttons on the suit. I went back to ask for my money back, and they told me they take no responsibility for buttons that get damaged because certain buttons are prone to damage in the dry cleaning process. If that was the case they should have the sense to look at the suit and warn me before I pay for them to ruin a suit. This experience made me feel like this dry cleaner does not really care about making sure anybody's clothes are in good shape. They just want to make a buck and not take the wrap when they screw up. Awful way to run a business, I am never going back.
