If I could put ZERO stars, that is the rating this salon (if you can even call it that) should get. First, this is not a salon, but a closet with a sink in it. I purchased a certificate from one of those deal websites, but when I called to redeem, they told me that they were not honoring them. Really?! That should have been the 1st clue. Of course, I called the deal site and complained and ONLY then did they call me back and said that they would take my appointment. I made my appointment and drove all they way there only to find that the stylist (again, if you can even call her that) wasn't even there. Since I had made an appointment for another day as well, she assumed (you know what they say about people who ASSume...) that I didn't want the prior day appointment anymore because who would get their hair styled 2 days in 1 week EVEN though she verbally confirmed both appointments with me the DAY PRIOR. When she realized her mistake, she didn't even apologize and instead blamed me for making 2 appointments in one week. On my drive home from her no-show, she had the nerve to call me ranting and raving like a white-trash lunatic about how I should not have said anything to the other stylist who was actually at the salon about the situation which made no sense to me becasue she told me to go and ask the other stylist if she could take the appointment. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL TRASH!! Ladies - rinky dink little salons like this are not worth it!!
