I have been going to this location for years since they're close to where i moved and don't use perk! The reviewer below must have had her son's shirts laundered because same thing happened to 1 men's shirt i took in and they thoroughly explained what it was and why, and it made sense.

Then they told me the difference between laundering and dry-cleaning. Their terms and conditions on the back of the receipt says, that is a possibility when laundered too. Told me something like sweat, food, oil stains can become permanent when it's not treated or dry cleaned at the right time and that is probably why. skin oil stains on collar and sweat stains on back maybe? anways ever since i found out the differences in process, i ask for dry cleaning all the time and clothes are spotless

I bring my dry cleaning ALL THE WAY FROM CARTERSVILLE to In and Out Cleaners. They do an absolutely wonderful job and go far above and beyond most dry cleaners I have tried. I LOVE THEM and hate to see one poor review listed for them because they do such good work and are super friendly. I have been using them for years and will continue even though it is inconvenient because they are worth it. I (and my husband) are VERY HAPPY with their services. I bet the lady that had one bad experience misses them terribly. I do when I can't get to Kennesaw! THANK YOU IN AND OUT! Customer "Q" with Extra Heavy Starch. :)

I have been going to this cleaner for over a year and have been very happy with their services until I recently took my son's shirts in to be cleaned. Two of them were damaged -- discolored on the collar and back of the shirt -- and when I brought this to their attention, the owner refused to take responsibility for damaging the clothing or make it right by me. He refused to reimburse me for the cost of the shirts or give me a store credit for the cost of the shirts. I will never use this cleaner again. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and ethics.
