The Dream Home Interiors store in Kennesaw is filled with amazing deals on some really pretty furniture. They are located inside the Town Center Mall but seem to be primarily an online store since there is so much on the website. No store could have that much furniture. Takes like a week to see everything on the website. The store is nice too though and so are the people there. Look at the store and the site would be the best advice I think.

My wife decided to place an order for the Klaussner Bentley sofa and loveseat on the 11/7, with salesman Jim at the DHI Kennesaw store. However, before Jim could place the order he took two phone calls while she was sitting there. One apologizing to another obviously mad customer and the second was a personal call. Very inappropriate. My wife flipped though some of the fabric swatches they had literally thrown all over the floor and tables in the dimly lit room in the back of the store, but didn't like any of the 'custom' choices and decided to go with the standard fabric that was on the sofa in the display room. Jim promised a 4 week delivery max and stated there would be no issues or delays with the fabric selected because this was the standard fabric for the sofa. She felt nervous about the order because of the lack of professionalism and the messy fabric area, but decided to proceed any way because she liked the couches and they were a decent price. Now two weeks later, we call to check the status of the order that we should have been receiving in two weeks at this point and Elizabeth states, "Oh we just got an update today saying the fabric was on back order and now it won't ship until late December to early/mid January 2015. 13 weeks+ is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. This was not what we were promised. In hindsight I wished she would have walked away prior to placing the order with this company.

Thank You DHI !!! I LOVE this place!! I actually went to DHI in Roswell first, and that is the most unique place for furniture buying.. in a good way I mean. It is in Historic Roswell near the Famous Bulloch Hall and it is SO CUTE! Great furniture, endless catalogs, nicest (low pressure) salespeople (designers actually). I chose a custom Norwalk sofa and chair from there and absolutely love it! It was delivered 2 weeks early! I have been to the Kennesaw location, and it's nice, but no custom fabrics at that location and I needed something very specific. Still havent been to the Mall of Ga store, but I hear its the largest location and the Outlet for the company so I need to see it for sure. Anyway, if youre looking at buying furniture or rugs or about anything (patio furniture even) you should just go see this place. I actually had fun buying furniture! Thanks to Kathy especially! She's a doll!

Decor House Interiors or Dream Home Interiors, not sure if they have two different stores or changed name, I went to Dream Home Interiors.. both called DHI I guess.. anyway, this place is very different. But in a good way. No High pressure salespeople at all. In fact, the woman I spoke to Courtney said not to even make a decision now because I was buying a lot (3 rooms, office, bedroom, living room).She said rather than be unsure about anything, she would come to the house for free and look at everything, space planning she calls it. She is a designer, and a very good one I think. It did take a bit longer this way, because of the time it took to visit, and get back together etc. but well worth it. Courtney is amazing, and now my house is amazing. My girlfriend is very impressed that I would use a designer, but I am a corp exec and dont have the time or the know how for decorating, to say the least. Great Place, great people, and the furniture quality fits my home which is very upscale. Prices were less than the stores which sell this quality. Almost all the reviews I read about them were very positive, now I know why. Keep up the good work DHI!

Very nice high end furniture and great decorator assistance. The high end furniture is in no way reflective of their pricing. Very competitive prices. Next day delivery.

My wife and I recently purchased a sectional sofa, end tables and rug. After ordering we made changes 3 weeks later, and no problem, changes were made. Our sales rep at the Roswell Store was Kathy. She was exceptional with her fabric choices and making the order as well as the changes. Kathy and DHI was a pleasure to work with. One of the best and stress fee large retail experiences we encountered.

Never delivered the furniture at promise date. Very small company with no customer service sense. Quality of furniture is not good. If asked for a refund on my CC the company refused. Price looks attractive but its a trap.

A friend was telling me to shop at DHI that they had the best prices and great quality. I visited the Roswell store, what a great surprise! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I also got to meet the owner George, both he and the sales lady Sherrie new exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to the both of them I now have a beautiful new dining room and bedroom. Also, a new rug to pull it all together. Yes they were right, the rug did pull it all together. Thanks Guys, I'm sending everyone I know to DHI

THIS PLACE IS A HOOT! My Husband and I purchased a pool table during Christmas. I was so surprised to see so much furniture in this house a place of business. Furniture furniture everywhere. The prices are so great, extremely competitive. We love our new pool table and will be going back to DHI to buy ourselves a new bedroom suite.

I was in a friends home about 2 months ago, and I commented on how beautiful her living room was and that it looked like a professional decorator had done it. She said they had! She went on to tell me about this company DHI decor house interiors. She said they actually did it for free with a furniture purchase. They do have some beautiful furniture. Her whole house was done by them actually, and she told me what she spent. I was shocked that her home could look like that for such low prices. Anyway, I did not need a whole house full, but did need a bedroom set for my daughter, and my husbands man cave! He went with me to the location at Roswell where we saw some things and met the nicest people Kate and George. They helped us with the bunkbed my daughter wated, and they showed me their current inventory online of their clearance merchandise where we found a reclining leather sofa for about 1/2 of the prices we had been seeing. They have a clearance center in Buford but we just bought it from the picture (didnt want to drive that far). We love it, especially my husband (but I dont see him as much anymore, always in the cave now!)

I found out they have one in Atlanta closer to where I live, but Im glad I went to Roswell and got to meet George and Kate. They were so helpful and so genuine. While there at least 3 other people came in who had bought before there, so I knew if that many people were coming back, my furniture delivery was probably going to be great. And it was! We love it and the people from DHI. Even the delivery crew was exceptional. Very prompt (early actually), and very professional, plus they set everything up for us.

I will be back and you should try these people out, they are simply the greatest! 5 stars!!

It has got so much too choose from me and my sister are back every weekend, and there is always something new..the prices are fab!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wbd

Q. How have you addressed storage for the kids?

A: Both rooms have decent closets, but because the boys have lots of clothes, we had to add open storage, too. I bought two short shelves and put the big toys on it for easy reach. One boy has a large toy chest, the other drawers and shelves under a loft bed, too. And games and videos are all kept in the game room for easy access. Toys that are kept in the bottom of the closet are housed in clear plastic boxes so we can see what each one holds.

Q. What do your boys like best about their own rooms?

A: The boys love that they get to express their personality through their rooms! And they love having their own space for their ever-growing collections (rocks, pennies, cars, etc.)

Q. Did you buy furnishings and accessories online or in local stores?

A: I originally thougt about getting the furnishings online, but it was from one of those startups that ended up never shipping. I got my money back and then went to a DHI (décor house interiors) 770-330-2307where I found great consultants a unbeatable prices. DHI really helped me I find Pottery Barn Kids styles attractive and DHI has a site ( http://picasaweb.google.com/OpenHouseFurniture ) and their store is so stocked and they are easy to work with. I've found the look for less money from them than other resources. If you need mattresses, or anyting furniture related they have it! They do in home staging so we kind of became friends along the way!
