I had a rainwater leak at my chimney, above the roof (at the storm collar). The water was coming down the chimney and soaking my floor inside my house. ATL Chimney doctor attempted to fix the problem twice, but failed both times. My roofer fixed it for me, but it was definitely a chimney issue, not a roofing issue. He told me that the new storm collar was put on wrong, and the chimney doctor owner, Chuck Connor, confirmed that to me on the phone because the crew sent him pictures of the job. But, Chuck refused to give me a refund, saying that it still cost him in labor and materials. Atlanta Chimney Doctor failed to do the job, and charged me for their failure. I do not recommend Atlanta Chimney Doctor.

Did a cleaning, never went on roof for inspection. Charge 3X going rate of $80.00.

My chimney had an ongoing leak and the Atlanta Chimney Doctor installed a new chimney cap that corrected the issue. He also cleaned my chimney and I am ready for the winter. Great Job!
