This place is pathetic. They never answer them phone I can't get an appointment or anything. They only help who they want and are slow as can be. I have been calling for 3 days to get my daughter's glasses.

I've been going to Rivertown since a younger child and I love the place the people are helpful and the glass only break if your careless with them I don't know what the two comments before me are talking about but I haven't experienced those issues at all

This place is a total rip off. Spent most of the day waiting with my child. Finally see doctor & his exam was a joke, said she had a drifting eye & needed glasses. In fact everyone that came in needed glasses. Most patients were medicaid. Frames very cheap & very poor quality.Glasses fell apart the very first day. Brought them back . They ordered another frame & would call me in 2 days. Never did hear from them. Took my child somewhere else & had a good eye exam. Surprise ! no drifting eye. This place is ripping off everyone that goes there. They should be shut down.

These people are HORRIBLE! I sat in the office for almost 2 hours before I was seen(I was early by 30 mins when I signed in) I finally got seen after making a comment about walking out if I didn't pay OUT OF POCKET already. Then they give me a pair of 1 day contacts to wear for a week, and tell me next friday to come pick up my persciption for my contacts, well I call and they don't have my percritpion and I can't get it until next week because the dr wont be there. and I'm stuck with the same pair of 1 day contacts from a week ago because to buy a new pair is $30, I can buy a whole box of contacts for $30 not one pair.... This place is a rip off of money!!!
