After a non at fault wreck Progressive had these people fix my truck. when I got there to pickup my vehicle the fendors and grill had not been aligned correctly and the truck had to be sent back for repair. Then they convenced the insurance company that the steering problems existed before the wreck causing refusal to repair the steering problem cost me $750 to get my vehicle working correctly. If there was a negative star rating i'd give them that.
