This has been my "go to" for quick watch battery replacement for many years. I had the movement replaced in a 20 year old watch a couple years ago. It was done at a reasonable cost, (which was quoted to me beforehand), and in the time promised. Recently the same watch, which has sentimental value to me, developed another problem. I brought it in and Jose explained what the problem was, quoted me a price, and said it would take about 10 days. Well the 10 days turned into about 6 weeks due to the parts needed being backordered. When I did finally get the call that it was ready, I went in and Jose returned it to me at no charge. Unbelievable, but true!! He said he couldn't charge me for the repair because it had taken so long. I'll never go anywhere else!
