Does direct source ask for half the money up front?this guy is named drew Leblanc.he does gutting.can someone help me

Stay away from this firm and it's Salesman Alan Wolffe! Due to his poor work estimates, he jacked me up on the price twice on items such as fan beams, flashing to address substantial leaks. The required additions were evident at time of estimate preparation but he failed to identify them. Other defects noted almost daily were damage to bricks on existing patio, poor job facet coordination that required placing metal pipes on my BRAND NEW PATIO to feed fans. Wolffe was supervising for approx.45 min. On a 2 week job.



Incorrect invoice dates and amounts are blamed on customer routinely. Subcontractors come to customer for payment even though direct source is billing for same work.
