I am writing this review of Arrow Pest Control.... But mainly of Michael the service tech (MS #8). I have owned a company for many years. Mike is one of the nicest, friendliest and most responsive and thorough employees I have ever dealt with in the service industry. He listens and offers suggestions and go above and beyond. He really cares about his job and his clients' homes. I can't say enough good about him.

Tyler was very professional answered all of our questions and did not rush us. It was a pleasure to have him service our property.

Craig was a courteous and efficient tech. Right away (following the initial greeting), he asked if I had any questions before he got started. I told him I usually like to walk alongside to see how the bait stations look and he had no problem with it.

This time there was just one station that had seen any activity whatsoever (great news) and he explained that it probably had to do with the basketball goal resting atop some plywood right on top of the station.

He exchanged the bait and proceeded to spray around the house. All told, it took around a half hour.

You'd better be home when they come to spray to make sure they're doing it. Arrow truck drove up my driveway and rang the doorbell. I was alone and did not answer the door. The exterminator went to his truck and wrote out my ticket, returned and slipped in my front door ... $79 and he did NOTHING. When I called the office to report the incident, the manager accused me of lying and said that if I did not pay, he'd turn me over to a collection agency. I paid the bill just because I didn't want it on my credit report. Disgusted and angry.

I have used Arrow pest control multiple times and each time have been very impressed with their company. They are very prompt, polite, professional and most importantly keep my house pest free! Definitely recommend Arrow to anyone with pest problems.

With the negative reviews below I was leery of choosing Arrow as a company that I would use for services for my home. However, they were the most affordable and they answered any questions that I had. They were patient and courteous. The technician came to my home was well mannered did an excellent treatment and made sure I was satisfied before he left. About a week later I need a re-treatment as there were ants invading my home since the initial. They stated it was common with new construction even with spiders and they scheduled a free service call to retreat my home and now the ants have disappeared and are nowhere to be seen. I am satisfied and would recommend this company! : )

I have my house under contract with them. I really like them because they have a ton of experience on their resume, they're locally owned and they're not all salesman like.

I really appreciate the thorough pre-purchase home inspection. Arrow identified a major termite problem whereas another termite company told us the house was in fine condition. Go with arrow, they won't let you down!
