Viking recomended dealer and installer was not to be trusted. We thought we could have faith that if Viking recomended them we could trust Texstar Pools in Dallas Fort Worth. This was not the case. We expected to have everything finished by the end of February but not one thing has been completed and Viking has not helped to date. Even the little things like 'What can I use to kill mosquitoes with out damage to our pool as it sits full of green water'. What happens to my warranty if this recomended installer doesn't complete the work? Followed all the rules and instructions and now we are screwed by both the installer who finished nothing and Viking who manufactured the pool and won't warranty as their people did not install the pool correctly. All it woud take is for Viking to stand behind their dealer and send another dealer to at least finish the install of the pool so they could be proud of honering their customer and showing integrity. Actions speak louder than words. Both Viking & Texstar Pools sold me through words but their actions have my money and left me high & dry. Just try and find a contractor who will finish a half completed project. These guys are only after your money and you will be left high and dry in the long run!

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund on the spa you never delivered. My credit card company is ready and waiting for your call. $6840 was charged on 12/12/2011 and here it is Feb 3rd 2012.
