I bought a 2009 Nissan Armada from James this spring. I test drove it and it seemed fine, considering it had over 100,000 miles. After getting it home and driving it for a while and doing some further checking on condition, it became apparent that there were some major mechanical issues. The local shops wanted about $4,000 to fix everything. I called James at All Star to see if they could help me out and we worked out an excellent arrangement whereby their shop did the labor, I supplied the aftermarket parts and saved a ton of $$. They really had no obligation to me at all, but I found James to be very customer-service oriented and helpful. I would do business with All Star again, anytime.

I bought a 2013 BMW 535I from All Star Imports with a rebuilt / flood title and really happy with my purchase. James was extremely helpful and trustworthy and made the transaction smooth. I was allowed to take the car for inspection which gave me a piece of mind. James was not pushy and did not act like a salesman that only cares about closing the sale. A five star used car buying experience!
