Filed on : December 11 2014I just Filed a complaint against Kenmore Cleaners to the BBB. Complaint Description:Took my clothes to the cleaners this summer, forgot to pick them up on time. When I picked them up, my clothes were chemically burned. I brought it to their attention that my clothes were ruined, the owner threatened to give my clothing to the good will for causing "trouble". He charged me $44.00 for a few pieces of clothing, three pieces were ruined. He didn't deduct for the clothing that are now worthless, threatening to give all my clothing to good will, nor did he offer to refund me for the clothing that he destroyed. No apology and no responsibility, just threats.
