re: CEP Credit Offer. Gatekeeper [Sharon] was hostile, & disconnected call without provocation or explanation. This is highly unprofessional, and counter-serving their business. The Owner [Thomas G Richards] probably will not be made aware of the opportunities which he needs and is eligible for. He is being shielded against the fulfillment of his professional requirements, and his business will thereby be negatively impacted. That is unfortunate.
